Role Description This is a full-time, on-site E-commerce Executive role based in Delhi. The E-commerce Executive will manage online product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across various e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing data and customer behavior, and optimizing product visibility and conversions. The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely dispatch, and high customer satisfaction. The E-commerce Executive will also handle account management tasks with marketplace partners, track competitive trends, and support implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.




- Account Management and client relationship skills to handle e-commerce marketplace accounts effectively.
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive revenue, manage targets, and support promotional activities.
- Team Management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate daily operations.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, listings, and marketplace policies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data reporting tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management is an advantage.
