Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and be capable of handling online product listings, order management, inventory, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Manage orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Maintain inventory and update stock availability.
- Manage online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Ensure smooth and timely order processing.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms.




- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Understanding of online sales, inventory, and order management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office for the first 3 months.

Work Mode
- First 3 Months: Work From Office.
- After 3 Months: Work From Home, subject to the agreed employment terms.
