E-commerce & Operations Executive

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to manage our website, inventory records and daily online operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and update our website, including product listings, images, descriptions, pricing and stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including purchases, dispatches, returns and damages.
- Process online orders, generate shipping labels and coordinate dispatches.
- Maintain records and prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Handle routine website updates, app integrations and basic technical troubleshooting.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Experience managing e-commerce websites and online operations.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Confidence using online tools and learning new software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with inventory management and shipping platforms is preferred.
