About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations, catalog management, promotional campaigns, inventory tracking, and sales performance across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Handle product listings, catalog updates, A+ content coordination, attribute corrections, and listing health issues.
- Execute promotional campaigns, sale events, deals, coupons, pricing updates, and product bundles.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, replenishment, order processing, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and order fulfillment.
- Track daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and Buy Box performance.




- Maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards and reports using Excel.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and category trends.
- Manage quick-commerce operations on platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, ensuring catalog availability and inventory visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels and catalog operations.
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, inventory management, and listing optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace channels and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Preferred Profile

- Experience with D2C brands in skincare, beauty, wellness, or FMCG.
- Exposure to major marketplace sales events such as Prime Day, Big Billion Days, and EORS.

Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, execution-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.
