Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global electronic client service teams and product managers to drive automation initiatives to enhance client onboarding to expand our client footprint on fixed income electronic trading platforms.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize and automate operational workflows between electronic trading systems and sales teams, replacing manual processes, and improving efficiency and revenue potential.
- Design and implement robust exception monitoring and management systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize relational databases, data pipelines, and automated reporting tools to track performance data, trading metrics, and performance KPIs.
- Write SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and analyze large volumes of trading and market data for client engagements and internal reporting.
- Produce detailed technical documentation and keep system specifications up to date.
