- Candidate Preference: Local candidates with their own conveyance for commuting to the workplace will be preferred.

1. Eligibility Criteria

- Driving Experience: Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
- Driving Licence: Must hold a valid Indian driving licence appropriate for the vehicle.
- Age Preference: 30–45 years.
- Local Candidates: Candidates residing in Amritsar will be preferred.
- Own Conveyance: Must have their own means of transportation to reach the workplace.
- Marital Status: Married candidates preferred.

1. Key Responsibilities

Driving Responsibilities

- Safely driving the employer or authorised personnel as required.
- Handling local travel and business-related transportation.
- Maintaining punctuality and following assigned schedules.
- Keeping the vehicle clean and presentable.
- Checking basic vehicle conditions and reporting maintenance requirements.
- Following traffic rules and road safety regulations.

Factory Helper Responsibilities

- Assisting with day-to-day factory operations as required.
- Helping with the loading, unloading, movement, and arrangement of goods and materials.




- Assisting with the transportation and handling of stock, cartons, and other factory materials.
- Supporting general factory-related work and other duties assigned by the management.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in designated work areas.
- Handling goods and materials carefully to prevent damage.

1. Required Skills & Personal Qualities

- Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a responsible driving record.
- Good communication skills and polite behaviour.
- Neat, clean, and well-dressed appearance.
- Physically fit and willing to assist with general factory work and material handling.
- Punctual, disciplined, honest, and dependable.
- Must be a non-smoker and non-drinker.
- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with other staff members.
- Professional conduct and respect for workplace rules.

1. Documents Required for Interview

Candidates must bring the following documents for verification:
- Valid Indian driving licence.
- Government-issued photo identification.
- Proof of address.
- Details of previous driving experience and references, if available.

Preference will be given to experienced, reliable, well-presented candidates who can handle both driving duties and general factory assistance responsibly. Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
