Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and confident Door-to-Door Business Development Executive to promote our educational courses and training programs through direct outreach. The candidate will visit households and local communities, interact with students and parents, explain available courses, generate leads, and support student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit households and local communities to promote Catalyst Education's courses and training programs.
- Communicate with students and parents to explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Identify potential students and generate qualified admission enquiries.
- Distribute brochures and share approved promotional materials.
- Collect student enquiries and contact details with appropriate consent.
- Follow up with interested students and parents to support the admission process.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales teams to convert leads into admissions.
- Identify potential areas and communities for promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,
and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Represent Catalyst Education professionally and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and families.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two; a degree is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with new people.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of local areas and the Malayalam language is preferred.
