We are looking for an experienced Footwear Category Specialist to lead and grow a new USA-based footwear business.

Key Requirements:

- Strong expertise in Dress Shoes & Casual Shoes ( Sports Shoes excluded ).
- Experience in footwear buying, product development, sourcing, costing, and core production.
- Experience handling international brands or retailers.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, customer management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage the complete business cycle, from product development to final delivery.
