1. Job Purpose To manage finished goods dispatch and loading operations efficiently, ensuring accurate material loading, timely vehicle movement, proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and safe handling of plywood and allied products.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch and loading activities for finished MDF Boards and Prelam Boards.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle placement, loading schedules, and dispatch priorities as per customer orders.
- Supervise loading labour, contract workers, and forklift operators to ensure safe and timely loading.
- Verify product specifications, sizes, thicknesses, quantities, grades, and customer-wise material requirements before dispatch.
- Ensure proper stacking, packing, strapping, and loading to prevent product damage during transportation.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, gate passes, and loading slips, as applicable.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround time, loading productivity, pending dispatches, and daily dispatch targets.




- Ensure physical stock reconciliation with dispatch records and investigate shortages, excess quantities, or material mismatches.
- Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle records, loading reports, and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, vehicle capacity limits, and statutory transportation requirements.
- Handle customer complaints related to shortages, wrong materials, transit damage, and dispatch delays in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Monitor loading costs, labour productivity, and operational efficiency, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S practices in the finished goods storage and loading areas.

3. Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Any Degree is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and ERP/SAP or other dispatch management systems.
- Positive coordination, communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

4. Required Experience

- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in dispatch, finished goods handling, or loading operations.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in supervising loading activities, managing dispatch documentation, and coordinating with transporters and internal departments.
