Vilas Transcore Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatch Executive to manage our entire dispatch and logistics process in Vadodara . This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the efficient, timely, and compliant delivery of our products.

Job Location : Vadodara, Gujarat Job Summary The Dispatch Executive is responsible for strategically managing and overseeing the entire dispatch lifecycle.

This role ensures the efficient and timely dispatch of finished goods, leads the dispatch team, and maintains seamless communication with internal sales teams, external customers, and transport suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in logistics, road transport, and inventory management

, coupled with excellent leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch Operations Management: Oversee and manage all daily dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) of goods as per sales schedules and customer requirements.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage, supervise, and develop the dispatch team, including organizing shifts, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator with transport suppliers and internal departments (Sales, Warehouse)



to arrange vehicle availability, optimize loads, and ensure efficient logistics processes.
- Route & Cost Optimization: Utilize dispatch software or internal systems to monitor, track, and optimize delivery routes and methods to minimize transit time and reduce costs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all dispatches, deliveries, E-way bills, and transportation documents. Prepare and analyze regular dispatch reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve any issues, discrepancies, or delays related to deliveries, documentation, or transport.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards related to transportation, loading, and documentation.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of relevant, progressive experience in a Dispatch, Logistics, or Supply Chain role, preferably within the Manufacturing or Heavy Industry sector
