Director – Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director – Talent Acquisition to lead sales hiring and workforce performance for a growing exhibitions business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Business Development, Sales Managers, City Heads, and senior sales leadership across multiple cities.
- Build and manage high-performing recruitment teams and external hiring partners.
- Partner with business heads on sales targets, KRAs, incentives, and performance management.
- Oversee onboarding, productivity, employee engagement, and sales team retention.
- Ensure effective recruitment processes, budget control, HR operations, and compliance.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15–20 years of HR experience with strong exposure to sales recruitment.
- Proven experience building and managing target-driven sales teams.
- Robust understanding of sales incentives, performance metrics, and workforce productivity.
- Hands-on, commercially focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
