Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Twin Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in designing, developing, integrating, and implementing Digital Twin solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience connecting physical assets, equipment, or industrial systems with their digital representations using real-time data, IoT technologies, simulation tools, and cloud platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Digital Twin implementations, integrating data from multiple sources, developing digital models, and supporting deployment, testing, commissioning, and optimization in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Digital Twin solutions for industrial assets, products, equipment, processes, or infrastructure.
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities, from requirement gathering and solution design to integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Integrate physical assets and systems with digital models using IoT sensors, telemetry, industrial protocols, and real-time data feeds.
- Develop and maintain digital models using relevant 3D modelling, simulation, and Digital Twin platforms.
- Integrate Digital Twin solutions with enterprise systems such as SCADA, PLC, MES, ERP, and other industrial applications, as applicable.
- Develop data pipelines and APIs to collect, process, synchronize,



and visualize real-time and historical data.
- Work with cloud-based Digital Twin platforms and IoT services on Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Implement monitoring, analytics, simulation, and predictive maintenance capabilities where required.
- Collaborate with engineering, software development, IoT, cloud, data, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, validate model accuracy, optimize system performance, and ensure reliable data synchronization.
- Support deployment, commissioning, user acceptance testing, documentation, and production go-live.
- Follow best practices for system security, scalability, data quality, performance, and maintainability.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–10 years of overall relevant engineering or technology experience, with substantial hands-on Digital Twin implementation experience.
- Practical experience in designing, developing, integrating, and deploying Digital Twin solutions.
- Solid understanding of Digital Twin architecture, physical-to-digital asset mapping, real-time data synchronization, and system integration.
- Experience with IoT/IIoT technologies, telemetry, sensor data, and industrial connectivity.
- Programming experience in Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
- Experience with APIs, databases, data processing, and integration pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Experience with implementation lifecycle activities, including testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
