About the Role

Pixelflames is looking for a proactive and organized Digital Project Manager with excellent English communication skills and solid project management capabilities to manage website and digital projects for UAE and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage digital projects from requirements gathering to delivery and launch.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Communicate professionally with clients, conduct meetings, and manage expectations.
- Coordinate designers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and client emails.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle client feedback, approvals, and scope changes.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project management,



preferably in a web development or digital agency.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong client communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing website design and development projects.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitefinity, or Umbraco is an advantage.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and coordinate distributed teams.

Ideal Candidate: A confident communicator with strong ownership, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
