Job Summary?

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing. The ideal candidate must have practical experience working on live projects and executing real-time social media campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, managing brand accounts, planning and creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and improving online brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities?

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Handle live social media projects and execute campaigns from planning to completion.
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to deliver quality content.
- Manage community engagement,



comments, direct messages, and audience interactions.
- Optimize content strategies to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Manage Meta Business Suite and paid social media campaigns, where required.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all social media channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications?

- 2–5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of real-time projects and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts.
- Good understanding of content strategy, reels, hashtags, trends, and audience growth.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
- Robust communication, creativity, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
