Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content planning, SEO optimization, and social media platforms to improve brand visibility, generate leads, and drive online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content calendars, posts, campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, and SEO performance tracking.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blogs, articles, website content, and social media creatives.
- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads and social media advertising platforms, as required.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on SEO rankings, social media performance,



campaign results, and digital marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and content writers to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, social media updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in SEO and social media management.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing, website optimization, and digital campaign management.
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
