Key responsibilities :

Enquiries and CRM

- Log every enquiry, from every source, in our central childcare CRM on the same day

- Tag each lead with its source, centre, childs age group and preferred start date

- Follow our lead workflow: first response, handover to centre managers, tour bookings, follow-up reminders and status updates

- Keep the CRM clean, with no duplicates, correct statuses and a recorded reason for every lost lead

- Send a weekly report on enquiries, tours, enrolments and cost per lead by source

Social media and advertising

- Plan and publish a monthly content calendar for Facebook and Instagram

- Write captions, posts and short video or reel ideas for Australian parents

- Create or brief graphics using Canva or similar tools

- Run and optimise Meta ads and lead forms to generate enrolment enquiries

Listings and platforms

- Manage and update our profiles on childcare finder and listing platforms (such as Care for Kids and Starting Blocks), including vacancies, fees, photos and descriptions

- Monitor all platform inboxes and respond to enquiries promptly

- Manage our Google Business Profile, including posts, photos and review responses

- Keep our details consistent across our website, Google, Meta and every listing

Website and content

- Manage and update our centre websites on a content platform such as WordPress or Wix, including pages, photos, vacancy information and enquiry forms

- Improve on-page SEO, mobile experience and site speed so more families find us on Google

- Create easy landing pages for campaigns and enrolment drives





- Make sure website enquiry forms feed into our central CRM

- Track website traffic and enquiries using Google Analytics and Search Console

- Support blogs, newsletters and website content

Systems and growth

- Document our processes as you go, such as content templates, lead workflows, reporting formats and checklists, so they can be repeated across our centres

- Suggest improvements to how we generate and convert enquiries

Compliance

- Handle family and child information confidentially, using approved systems only

- Never post identifiable childrens photos without written approval

- Follow our child safety, privacy and confidentiality policies

Requirements :

- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing

- Hands-on experience with a CRM or lead tracking system

- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads

- Experience managing and updating websites on WordPress, Wix or similar (please share live examples)

- Working knowledge of on-page SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Search Console

- Excellent written English that sounds natural to Australian parents

- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through

- Working knowledge of Canva

- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

- Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement

Nice to have

- Experience building websites or landing pages from scratch

- Basic HTML/CSS

- Experience with Australian or other international clients

- Experience in childcare, education or family services

- Experience with childcare CRMs (such as OWNA), email marketing or automation tools
