Role Description This is a full-time, in office Digital Marketing Manager role based in Chennai.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, search, email, and display.

Responsibilities include developing and managing campaign strategies, overseeing lead generation activities, analyzing performance metrics, and using web analytics tools to improve ROI. The role involves coordinating with creative and web development teams, managing agency and vendor relationships, preparing performance reports, and staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will also support client presentations and contribute to overall marketing planning and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Minimum 2-5 Years Experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing,



with the ability to grow engagement and manage paid and organic social strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including experience designing and optimizing campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including using tools such as Google Analytics and related platforms to track, interpret, and report performance metrics.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common digital marketing tools and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation or CRM tools) is beneficial.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
