Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Professional with hands-on experience in real estate marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, website management, and creative designing. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns to generate quality leads and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects, commercial properties, and investment opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall ROI.
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
- Design attractive marketing creatives, social media posts, banners, and promotional advertisements.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Track leads, prepare campaign performance reports, and coordinate with the sales team for lead feedback and conversions.
- Manage social media content planning and posting across relevant platforms.




- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce cost per qualified lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation for real estate projects.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and website management.
- Creative designing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead generation targets.
