Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, develop digital marketing campaigns, generate leads, and increase brand awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and digital advertising.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
- Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content, including posts, banners, promotional creatives, reels, and videos.
- Develop and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns to promote company services and generate B2B leads.
- Optimize website content using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve search engine rankings.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads, wherever required.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital channels and maintain lead databases.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
- Coordinate with the HR and business development teams to promote recruitment campaigns, company services, and corporate updates.




- Prepare monthly digital marketing reports covering reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Assist in website updates, email marketing, and online reputation management.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external agencies, if required, to execute marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (freshers with solid practical skills may also be considered).
- Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and online lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B audience targeting.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Growth in social media followers, reach, and engagement.
- Number and quality of leads generated through digital channels.
- Website traffic and SEO performance.
- Performance and return on investment of paid campaigns.
- Consistency and quality of content published.
