Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Marketing:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
- Manage social media pages, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience
- Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram to generate leads & brand awareness
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with latest trends, hashtags, and social strategies
- Google Ads (SEM):
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search & Display campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and write ad copies for better CTR




- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
- Track conversions and maintain budget efficiency
- Analyze competitor campaigns and suggest improvements

- Requirements:
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Google Ads management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts & tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO (added advantage)
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field (preferred)
- Experiance - Min 4-5 years
- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
