About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The candidate should be able to independently manage digital marketing campaigns, improve website visibility, optimise ad performance, track leads and conversions, and prepare meaningful performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO and basic technical SEO audits.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings and website performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve search visibility, traffic and enquiries.
- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO improvements.

Google Ads & Meta Ads

- Plan, create, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, keywords and audience selection.
- Track leads, conversions, cost per lead and campaign performance.
- Implement conversion tracking using GA4,



Google Tag Manager and platform tracking tools.
- Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare monthly SEO and paid advertising performance reports.
- Analyse campaign results and recommend practical next steps.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers and developers.
- Manage assigned client activities and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in campaign optimisation, conversion tracking and lead generation.
- Ability to interpret performance data and take corrective action.
- Positive communication, coordination and reporting skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts.
- Exposure to B2B or industrial marketing.
- Familiarity with WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
