Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute day-to-day online marketing activities to support client campaigns and the agency’s growth.

Responsibilities include planning and running social media marketing campaigns, coordinating content creation for websites and social platforms, and optimizing campaigns for better engagement and conversions. The role involves monitoring web and campaign analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and client interaction.
- Practical experience in Social Media Marketing, with familiarity in managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Ability in Web Content Writing to create engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned content for websites and digital channels.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and basic design or creative tools is an advantage.
- Capacity to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
