About the Role

NB Entrepreneurs is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our online marketing activities, strengthen our digital presence, and contribute to brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging posts, reels, captions, and other digital marketing content.
- Design basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation through social media, online advertising, and digital promotions.
- Perform basic SEO, keyword research, and website content updates.
- Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and research competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the team to execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Graduate or diploma holder in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Google Ads is an advantage.
- Good communication, creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Consistent and quality content publishing.
- Social media reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Lead generation and campaign performance.
- Timely completion of marketing activities and reports.
