II. JOB PURPOSE To provide guidance to patient on Dietary habits.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
- To attend to the patient & recommend diet to patient according to ailment.
- To provide expert guidance & educate patient on various kinds of diet.
- To prepare diet chart for indoor and outdoor patients.
- To keep track of the progress of a patient & change the diet chart accordingly.
- To work in co-ordination with nursing staff & ward coordinators for proper functioning.
- To maintain nutritional assessment record of indoor patients.
- To co-ordinate with doctors of different specialties as and when required
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
- Timely & satisfactory answer to the patients queries.
- Regular follow of patients diet.
- Timely maintenance of records.
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition Science
Experience
- 0-3 years of Experience.
