- Engineering Lead the development of the Common Authoring Repair Scripts (CARS) runtime. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code to be used in Ford DiagNow, FDRS, and next-generation diagnostic tools. Your primary focus will be on JavaScript development,



with a solid emphasis on integrating Java and C# components where required.

- Project Management: Execute software development tasks within a fast-paced Agile environment. You will manage your workflow through JIRA, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments. Innovation &

You will move beyond "coding to specs" by developing a deep domain expertise in vehicle diagnostics, allowing you to design solutions that proactively solve complex repair challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Service Engineering and Operations to ensure software alignment with global repair strategies.

Education: Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Computer Science (CS), Electrical Engineering (EE), Software Engineering (SE), or a related technical field.

Required Experience: Software Development: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.

Languages: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript is required.

Systems Integration: Proven experience developing libraries or runtimes for integration into larger product ecosystems.
