✡‎‎ POSITION: -‎ DGM – Rotary Kiln Operations

✡ ‎‎ LOCATION: - KERUR, KARNATAKA

✡‎‎ SALARY: -‎‎ Upto‎ 90‎‎ K‎‎ +‎ Bonus

✡ EDUCATION: - ANY Graduate

✡ INDUSTRY: Cement Industry preferred. The role involves leading kiln operations, optimizing performance, ensuring clinker quality, and driving energy efficiency.

? Key Responsibilities





· Manage and optimize rotary kiln operations for stable and effective clinker production

· Monitor kiln parameters, heat consumption, and output to achieve performance targets

· Troubleshoot process issues such as coating, ring formation, and refractory failures

? Key Skills & Competencies

· Proven experience in pyro-processing and kiln optimization

· Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting kiln process issues

· Experience with large dry-process preheater/precalciner kilns
