- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in application development and support within banking or financial services environments.
- Strong practical experience with Temenos Kondor+ and Corona applications.
- Proven experience supporting Treasury, Derivaties, Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office banking functions.
- Strong proficiency in Sybase ASE database development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on programming experience in Python for automation, scripting, and application development.
- Experience developing and maintaining Groovy scripts and automation workflows.
- Solid Korn Shell (ksh) scripting skills in Unix/Linux environments.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and production support activities.
- Familiarity with application integration technologies, file transfers, APIs, and messaging frameworks.
