The Graphic Designer Intern will be responsible for creating visually appealing digital content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives. The intern will assist in developing creative designs for social media, promotional campaigns, company events, and brand communication.

--->Key Responsibilities

- Design posters, banners, and creatives for festivals, national holidays, company events, and special occasions using company branding and logo guidelines.
- Create engaging social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
- Develop creative concepts for Instagram reels, stories, and other short-form video content.
- Design promotional materials for recruitment drives, company announcements, workshops, webinars, and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the HR, Marketing, and Management teams to understand content requirements and design objectives.
- Edit images, videos,



and graphics as per project requirements.
- Research current design, social media, and content trends to create engaging and relevant creatives.
- Make revisions and modifications based on feedback from supervisors and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets for future use.
- Assist in creating presentation materials, brochures, certificates, and other branding collateral whenever required.
- Support other creative and branding activities assigned by the organization from time to time.

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
- Basic video editing skills will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
