1. Postgraduate/Graduate – electronics
2. Experience minimum 18 years in industrial product design
3. Experience of design/development in atleast 3 of below mentioned areas
4. Analogue and power electronics
5. Power supplies
6. Convertors
7. Microcontroller architecture and product design
8. Embedded programming
9. Communication/interfacing protocols and related hardware/software design
10. Awareness/knowledge of PCB designing, coral draw and autocad
11. Comfortable and capable in leading a team of hardware, software and PCB layout engineers.
Responsibilities
1. Complete Product Development Cycle
2. Existing product modifications
3. Product testing at national/international laboratories for quality compliance confirmations
4. Incorporating current technology in products
5. Interaction with sales team and/or customers for understanding application requirements
6. Customer/site visit for troubleshooting if required
7. Technical documentation, product analysis and testing
8. Facing Quality system audit
9. Leading a team of engineers
