- Support PDM/PLM deployment, administration, and integration with customer design workflows and data management strategies.
- Work with customers to understand their engineering requirements and customize SolidWorks solutions accordingly.
- Provide technical support, training for SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM/PLM users.
- Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting related to SolidWorks and PDM environments.
- Collaborate with the sales team for product demonstrations, pre-sales consultations, and customer onboarding.
- Deliver post-sales support ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
- Stay updated with the latest SolidWorks and Dassault Systmes technologies and enhancements.
- Document technical procedures, create user manuals, and contribute to knowledge base resources.
