About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead the organizations digital growth agenda by seamlessly integrating brand strategy, performance marketing, AI-driven search visibility, and demand generation. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can build market presence, accelerate customer acquisition, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and execute the end-to-end digital marketing roadmap aligned with business growth, revenue, and brand objectives.
- Champion AEO, Generative AI optimization, and advanced search visibility strategies to strengthen digital discoverability and competitive advantage.
- Own SEO, website strategy, user experience, and conversion rate optimization to maximize traffic quality and lead conversion.
- Drive high-impact digital brand marketing initiatives that enhance thought leadership, brand equity, employer branding, and market positioning.




- Design and scale multi-channel lead generation programs across paid media, organic search, content, social, email, and marketing automation platforms.
- Leverage marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance insights to optimize investment decisions and maximize ROI.
- Partner with senior business leaders, sales teams, and external agencies to build integrated campaigns that create measurable pipeline growth.
- Identify emerging technologies, consumer trends, and digital innovation opportunities to continuously elevate marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

Good-to-Have

- Experience working with enterprise CMS (Sitecore preferred).
- Exposure to B2B or services industry marketing.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools.
