Job Title : Deputy Manager – Inspection

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: : Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are looking for a CA professional to join the Inspection team of a leading stock exchange. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, inspection of trading members and monitoring adherence to applicable financial market regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct onsite inspections and offsite compliance reviews of stockbrokers and trading members.
- Review documents, audit reports and data submitted by trading members.
- Identify compliance gaps, prepare inspection reports and document observations.
- Follow up with members on pending documents and compliance issues.
- Collect and analyse data for regulatory reporting and internal requirements.




- Coordinate compliance visits for new members and conduct training and investor awareness programmes.
- Ensure inspections are completed within defined timelines and procedures.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of financial and capital markets and applicable statutory regulations.
- Robust analytical, report-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and build professional relationships.
