Roles and Responsibilities HR Compliance (Healthcare)

1. Ensure statutory compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus and other employment regulations.

2. Manage healthcare-specific HR compliance requirements across hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities.

3. Coordinate statutory audits, labour inspections, documentation and timely submission of returns.

4. Ensure compliance with POSH, contract labour regulations, employee records and applicable HR policies.

5. Monitor compliance across multiple locations, maintain trackers and MIS reports, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

6. Coordinate with government authorities, external consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders on statutory matters.

7. Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulatory requirements and implement necessary policy updates.

8. Identify compliance risks, conduct periodic internal reviews and implement corrective and preventive actions.
