Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage store operations, including floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

- Conduct stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.

- Implement loss prevention strategies to reduce damage and theft.

- Oversee retail operations, ensuring effective use of resources and effective communication with team members.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in department management or related field (retail operations).

- Strong skills in cycle counting, damage control, floor management, loss prevention, retail operations, SHRINKAGE CONTROL, store setup/stock management/visual merchandising.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
