Who Are We Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 34 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics
- Robust proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, notebooks, MLflow, etc.)
- Experience working in Azure (Azure ML, Data Factory, Data Lake, etc.)
- Exposure to recommendation systems, search/ranking, NLP, or embeddings is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of statistics, ML algorithms, and model evaluation
- Comfort working with messy, real-world data and the ability to communicate results simply
- Curiosity and initiative: someone who brings ideas, not just execution
