We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration, ETL processes, data validation, and integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Develop data mapping, migration plans, and validation processes.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams.
- Ensure data security and minimal disruption during migration.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in data migration, ETL,
or data engineering.
- Strong SQL and database management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
- Robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
- Python or scripting for migration automation.
- Previous experience leading migration projects and mentoring team members.
