Data Entry &

- Record Management

- Enter daily sales, purchase, and stock-related data into company software.

- Maintain accurate records of invoices, orders, returns, and payments.

- Update Excel sheets and company databases regularly.

Sales &

- Inventory Support

- Process sales orders and generate invoices.

- Update stock receipts, transfers, and returns.

- Assist in reconciling physical stock with system records.

- Prepare daily sales and stock reports.

Accounts &

- Documentation

- Enter purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

- Maintain customer and supplier records.

- Assist the accounts team with payment entries and outstanding reports.

- Organise and maintain digital and physical documents.

Reporting &

- Coordination

- Prepare daily and weekly reports using Excel.

- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to resolve data discrepancies.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting.

- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

- Basic understanding of billing, inventory, and accounting.

- Familiarity with Tally, ERP, or other billing software preferred.

- Valuable organisational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred.

- Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.

- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with good computer skills may apply.

- Experience in FMCG distribution or wholesale operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
