Nityas Gems & Jewellery Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order Handling & Follow-up Executive to manage customer orders, maintain order records and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day jewellery orders and enter order details accurately into company software.
- Maintain customer details, order numbers, item codes, jewellery specifications and delivery requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders and regularly update order status.
- Coordinate with the CAD, Production, Accounts and other departments for order processing.
- Track order progress and follow up with the concerned teams to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Verify order details and ensure that the information entered into the system is accurate.
- Maintain proper order files, records, Excel sheets and reports.
- Highlight pending orders, discrepancies and urgent requirements to the concerned team.
- Communicate professionally with internal departments and provide timely updates.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of order-related activities.
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in order handling, order processing or jewellery manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP or jewellery manufacturing software will be an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in jewellery order processing and coordination with production departments will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and skills
Job Location: Surat, Gujarat
