A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining accurate information in computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets. The candidate should have valuable typing speed, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into computer systems and databases.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and data records.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Perform data verification and ensure records are up to date.
- Coordinate with other departments for data-related tasks.
- Complete assigned work within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers can apply, depending on company requirements.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Previous data entry experience is an advantage.
