Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Business Development Associate to drive our consultancy’s growth and manage essential staffing data. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between corporate clients and our recruitment team by identifying hiring needs, building solid professional relationships, and ensuring all candidate and client data is flawlessly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Relations- 2 openings

- Client Engagement: Meet directly with HR managers, department heads, and contractors to understand their precise job requirements.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with new and existing corporate clients.
- Requirement Gathering: Proactively identify client vacancies, staffing bottlenecks, and talent needs.
- Lead Generation: Conduct strategic cold calls to prospective clients when necessary to pitch our consulting services.

Data Administration & Operations- 2 openings
- Data Entry: Enter, update, and maintain accurate records of employee, client, and recruiter profiles in our system.
- Data Preparation: Format and organize talent data to ensure the recruitment team can easily access qualified leads.




- Quality Control: Review data for errors or missing information to keep our database clean and reliable.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: experience in business development, account management, or recruitment coordination.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-level meetings and cold calls.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in data entry, typing speed, and data management software (Excel, ATS, or CRM tools).
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident, persuasive, and comfortable building relationships with corporate stakeholders and HR executives.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and datasets simultaneously.
