Role Description The Data Analytics Trainer will deliver classroom-based training in Chennai, guiding learners through core and advanced data analytics concepts, tools, and real-world applications. This full time on-site role involves designing and updating curriculum, preparing training materials, and conducting lectures, workshops, and hands-on lab sessions. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations, providing feedback and mentoring to support career readiness.





The role includes collaborating with academic and administrative teams to align course content with industry standards, integrating practical case studies, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes. The trainer is also expected to stay current with emerging data analytics technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the training programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Software Development skills relevant to data analytics tools, databases, and programming environments.
- Candidates should possess Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess expertise in designing and delivering structured training programs, practical lab sessions, and assessments in a classroom setting.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, and visualization platforms), along with basic statistical understanding, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or faculty member in data analytics or IT-related domains is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively within an academic environment.
