We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze business data, prepare reports, track sales performance, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables
- Assign and track leads among sales team members
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, pending leads, and missed opportunities
- Track person-wise calling performance, lead status, and conversion reports
- Regularly follow up with the sales team to ensure timely action on assigned leads
- Prepare daily sales activity reports and performance trackers
- Ensure no leads or customer follow-ups are missed
- Good communication, coordination, and monitoring skills
