Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented, highly motivated Freshers to join our team as a Data Analyst / Back Office Operations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling back-office processes, managing data keying and verification, and ensuring smooth service delivery. This position offers an excellent entry point into corporate operations for fresh graduates looking to build a career in data administration and office processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Process, update, and maintain accurate data records within internal systems and databases.
- Perform routine data verification, validation, and documentation tasks with high accuracy.
- Handle back-office operations and administrative tasks as assigned by team leads.
- Review incoming requests or claims to ensure compliance with predefined process guidelines.




- Identify data discrepancies or errors and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily operational targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

- Education: Open to all fresh graduates from any stream EXCEPT B.Sc IT, BCA, B.E., and B.Tech (Engineering) graduates.
- Experience: Freshers (01 year of experience).
- Basic proficiency in computer navigation, MS Office (Excel, Word), and general internet tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Work Model: 100% Work from Office
- Shift Timings: Rotational / Fixed options available:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Afternoon/Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
