Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, and business process mapping.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and process flows.
- Configure Business Central modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and extensions.
- Manage data migration, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Provide user training, post-implementation support, and issue resolution.
- Manage client stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify process gaps and recommend best practices for ERP implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years of overall experience,



with strong relevant experience in D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementations.
- Robust functional knowledge of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional configuration, and solution design.
- Knowledge of integrations, data migration, testing, and UAT.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multiple Business Central / Dynamics NAV implementation projects.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
