Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team full time. The candidate will be responsible for delivering cybersecurity training through practical demonstrations, hands-on labs, guided projects, and industry-relevant exercises.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in cybersecurity concepts, practical exposure to security tools, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics for students and aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured cybersecurity training sessions through theory, practical demonstrations, and hands-on labs.
- Teach topics such as network security, ethical hacking fundamentals, web application security, Linux security, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
- Guide learners in using cybersecurity tools and lab environments for authorized security testing.
- Design assignments, practical exercises, mini-projects, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Develop and update training materials, lab manuals, presentations,



and project documentation.
- Mentor students in cybersecurity projects, portfolio development, and industry-relevant problem-solving.
- Track student attendance, learning progress, assessments, and course completion.
- Stay updated with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, tools, and industry practices.
- Coordinate with the academic team to maintain training quality and achieve learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, Linux, and cybersecurity principles.
- Practical knowledge of ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Kali Linux.
- Understanding of web application security and common vulnerabilities, including OWASP Top 10.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct hands-on sessions and explain technical concepts clearly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
