About Us
MilkCrop delivers fresh raw milk (buffalo, cow, low fat, Gir cow) to homes in Hyderabad. Same-day harvest, same-day delivery, nothing added.
Job Role
- Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and calls
- Explain products, prices and delivery process
- Convert leads into regular milk subscribers
- Collect customer address details and place orders in the MilkCrop App
- Coordinate with the delivery team and handle complaints
- Update daily records in Google Sheets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
- Good communication in English,
Hindi & Telugu (basic English is a plus)
- Freshers or 1–2 years' experience in support, sales or telecalling
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheets and mobile apps
- Polite, patient, and confident on calls
- Must be able to work [shift timing, e.g. 09 AM – 6 PM]
