Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role you will talk to customers, answer their questions, and help them choose the right products. This is a good first job for someone who enjoys talking to people. We will teach you our products and the sales process, so you only need a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up with potential customers
- Attend inbound customer calls and share product information
- Answer customer queries on WhatsApp and chat platforms
- Follow up with customers by phone and email
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Keep clear records of customer interactions, leads and follow-ups
- Work with internal teams on order processing and customer requirements
- Learn our products and explain their features and benefits simply
- Support day-to-day sales and customer service activities
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp/chat and emails
- Immediate joiners preferred
