Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls for the Voice process.
- Respond to customer queries through chat, email, or other written channels for the Non-Voice process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow company guidelines and meet customer service quality standards.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.





Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts as per roster.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
