Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Support Associate (Inbound Sales) to join our growing support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, resolving complaints, managing escalations, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction while meeting defined SLAs. Additionally, you will drive business growth through inbound sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide prompt, accurate resolutions.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively within defined SLA timelines.
- Support inbound sales by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless issue resolution.




- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant CRM/internal systems.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, quality benchmarks, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and dispute-handling skills.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
