The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our fast-growing operations. You’ll be a key point of contact for our new customer, owning every new client from sign-up. You’ll take them live on their first invoice and help them make full use of their approved limit before handing them over to the Account Team. You’ll also handle client enquiries and support tickets, resolve issues, and make sure every interaction is smooth and professional.

You’ll build our onboarding playbook from scratch, work closely with the revenue team, and help improve our processes along the way.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented and confident in a fast-paced workplace, and who is excited to grow and take on more responsibility.

What You’ll Do

? Onboard new clients, from first contact and setup to their first successful use of the platform

? Contact new sign-ups quickly and explain what we need from them and why





? Follow up on missing documents and work with our Risk team to move stuck applications forward

? Guide approved clients through the platform and their first transaction

? Help clients make full use of their approved limit in the first 30 days

? Work with our sales, risk and tech teams to solve client problems

? Spot recurring issues and suggest ideas to improve our service and platform

? Keep accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and outcomes

What You Bring

✅ 2 to 4 years in a B2B client-facing role that combined sales or account growth with customer support or onboarding

✅ A track record of taking clients to a measurable result (go-live, activation, first transaction, revenue)

✅ Sales skills: you’re comfortable following up, handling objections and asking for the next step

✅ Support skills: you’ve handled customer tickets or enquiries directly and know how to resolve issues calmly

✅ Confidence handling clients independently and managing your own accounts

✅ Fluency in English and Hindi (an additional language is a plus)

✅ Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

✅ Empathetic, patient and customer-first mindset

✅ Experience with HubSpot, Intercom or other CRM tools

✅ Experience improving processes or contributing to operational efficiency

Nice to Have

⭐ Background in SaaS, fintech or lending products

⭐ Experience with embedded finance products or SME marketplace platforms

⭐ Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market
